I’m never very good at writing about myself but here goes!

I’m based in a little village called Saighton on the outskirts of Chester and work as a professional wedding photography a  job I love and feel honoured and privileged to do. Recording the most important day in a persons live has tremendous responsibility and the joy of delivering the couple a completed album never decreases.

I work in a relaxed and informal style and would describe my style a wedding fashion but also do a lot of reportage on the day as well as a group shots. I like people to join in and have fun on the day and i feel you can see the joy of the day through good photography.

Photography has been my living for a long time now – coming up to 15 years even if i don’t like to admit it as it makes me feel very old…

I have worked in various aspects of photography starting as a landscape photographer specializing in mountain photography then into portraits, models, beauty and performing arts photography and now the main sector is weddings.

When I am not taking photos my main hobby is road cycling I also enjoy running, the outdoors.

I have a wonderful 13 year old daughter who makes me incredibly proud – she plays a French Horne in The North Powys Orchestra and is following in her grandfathers footsteps on her mothers side as he was a professional musician with several of the worlds largest orchestras.
