Natalie is this Saturday’s bride and last week she had some pre bridal photos taken at her house. The pre bridal photos are an excellent gift for the groom and lets face it a lot of fun for the bride – a chance to be a model for the day. We include the pre bridal photography in all of our wedding packages and it is a great way to practice posing on the big day! Enjoy the photos and in the next couple of weeks you’ll get a chance to see Natalie in a sightly different attire!

I’ve just ordered a new show album for boudoir or beauty photography. This makes a wonderful gift for any time of the year but many brides choose it as a wedding day present. We include a beauty shoot in all of our wedding packages and you can bring along  brides maids, friends or you Mom. It is great fun you can wear as much or as little as you want and it gets you totally relaxed in front of the camera. Of course you do not need to be a bride! All the make up was done by Pauline Griffiths.

This week the subject is pre wedding bridal photos. I offer pre wedding photos for all brides and it is a wonderful opportunity to get in front of the camera before the big day. I can arrange hair and make-up and you can dress up or dress down as much as you like. It’s a brilliant opportunity to be a model for the day. Some brides come alone and others take a pile of friends – the choice is your.

This week the images are of Kate and Lisa. Kate is getting married in April at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel but Lisa is a model and I was playing with make-up ideas. Pauline Griffiths used her wonderful skills for the whacky make-up and hair. Both sets of photos were taken on  location at the Queen Hotel in Chester.

A slightly different post this week – a sexy and in my opinion a gorgeous and stunning clown photo-shoot. The make-up was done by Pauline Griffiths and the clown was Laura a professional dancer by trade. I think Laura looks like a porcelain doll. Wonderful.

I’ve added a few of the black and white conversions from the makeover shoot from last week. The shoot took place at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel.

I really love the black and white images, they look a little vintage to me like the type of photos I used to produce years ago in a dark room.

This week post is of Laura and Clare who are both professional dancers. I have known Laura since she was a student at the internationally renowned Hammond School of the performing arts in Chester and she has worked all over the World as a dancer. It was a pleasure to update her CV with some beautiful images.

This week I’ve added some portraits taken at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. I always offer two types of photos included in all the wedding photography packages. The first is an engagement shoot and the second is a pre bridal shoot.I find is it great fun but also helps relax the bride and groom on their big day. The camera is no longer scary!

The engagement shoot is of Mark and Lucy who are getting married at the Grosvenor Pulford. I also had a portrait sitting with Lisa with the wonderful Pauline Griffiths doing the make-up. If you ever need a make up artist you cannot go wrong with Pauline.

I had the pleasure of photographing Hayley at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel on Monday with her soon to be bridesmaid Sarah. They had a wonderful time and are a brilliant duo to work with. I’ve got the pleasure of photographing Joanna’s wedding in May and she will be a wonderful subject I always offer a pre wedding bridal shoot to all brides as I think it offers a fun afternoon of photography and also has the additional benefit of relaxing people in front of the camera on their big day – after all the photography should not be one of the things the couple are worried about! Joanna was a wonderful model and I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Georgina is due to get married at the end of May at the Grosvenor Pulford and decided to have her pre bridal shoot in the bridal suite of the hotel with her two of her sisters. The pre wedding bridal photos are a wonderful gift for the groom and a great opportunity for the bride to have some fun with some of the girls before the day. I also think it is a great way of relaxing people in front of the camera before the wedding day.
