Wow what a wonderful day. I had the pleasure of photographing the stunning wedding of Aron and Caitlyn at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa. Being November a lot of the photos are taken indoors and in low light but we also managed to get some stunning images from the new Spa Garden. The weather does not matter at the Grosvenor Pulford – the are still lots of locations for wonderful indoor photos. Enjoy.

What a pleasure it was to record the wonderful wedding of Katy and Alistair at Holytrinity Church in the delightful Village of Capenhurst. Katy is the fith generation of her family to tie the knot in this beautiful and charming Church. After the wonderful service Katy and Alistair went back to the beautiful Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa. By the time we returned to the hotel the winter darkness had also drawn in but as always this did not stop us getting some wonderful images. Enjoy the photos.

Suzanne and Peter had a beautiful wedding at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa in Cheshire. They had an incredibly mild day for the time of year and were even out in the evening having photos in the stunning new Asian Garden at the Grosvenor. Enjoy the photos.

It was a first for me a lovely warming winter civil service of an fun loving couple Kim and Andrea had a beautiful Civil ceremony at my favourite hotel the stunning Grosvenor Pulford  just outside Chester. Enjoy the photos.

Last Friday in gale force winds Nicola and Wayne had a beautiful cosy wedding at one of my favourite venue the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. Shooting at the Grosvenor feels like a second home and the staff are never less than excellent on the day.

I hope you enjoy the photos – this was my first wedding in 2011 and I’m looking forward to a very busy year.

This week is a lovely wedding of the lovely Clare & Edward Lavelle who were married at St Mary’s Church in Flint on a gorgeous winter’s day.  Clare chose a bold red dress which I thought was simply stunning. The reception was at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel on the Cheshire North Wales border. The Grosvenor is really spectacular both inside and out with a delightful garden and an exquisite interior.  Enjoy the photos and please feel free to add any comments.

Chris and Kate had a cosy wedding day indoors at the lovely Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. Chris and Kate live in Manchester but Kate is was originally from Shropshire to the Grosvenor was chosen as a wedding venue as it was in the middle. This had many advantages for the couple not least that the wedding lasted a few days with guest staying over for a few nights

All of the photos where taken indoors as the December weather closed in however choosing the Grosvenor Pulford meant that Kate and Chris had loads of photographic opportunities.

Winter is here and so is low light wedding photography. I must admit to really enjoying the challenged of low light wedding photography and Anisa @ Neil’s wedding is a great example as the service at the lovely Manchester Town Hall started in the dark.

Anisa and Neil where a truly wonderful couple to work with and had a delightful wedding and the album will bring back the wonderful memories of their

special  day.

I have been so busy this summer that i haven’t got around to entering the monthly Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers monthly awards for quite a while and thought I had better enter some this month. These are my enteries and i thought I’d share them with you. Fingers crossed the judges like them.

One of the hardest things about selecting photos for awards is which one! These are all from two weddings from much earlier in the year as I haven’t gone through any recent wedding to select any- that is my next job!

The photos are from Peckforton Castle in Cheshire and the Grosvenor Pulford also in Cheshire – both have amazing photo opportunities and are a pleasure to work in.
