This week is a lovely wedding of the lovely Clare & Edward Lavelle who were married at St Mary’s Church in Flint on a gorgeous winter’s day.  Clare chose a bold red dress which I thought was simply stunning. The reception was at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel on the Cheshire North Wales border. The Grosvenor is really spectacular both inside and out with a delightful garden and an exquisite interior.  Enjoy the photos and please feel free to add any comments.

I’m just posting a few images from some recent engagement photo sittings which is something we include with all wedding packages. I always think it is a great idea for the bride and groom and I to get to know each other before the big day and to hopefully take the fear out of the photos! Lynette & Andrew are due to get married in March at the stunning St Werburgh’s Catholic Church in Chester while Georgina and Steven have to wait till May for thier wedding and are getting married at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel on the outskirts of Chester. I can’t wait to do the photographs as both couples are brilliant to work with. Owe and the delightful little dog is a Georgina’s family pet Poodle.

Normally I add the more formal even glamorous photos on the web but today I’ve decided to add some of the fun even silly photos taken on the wedding day. I often think when the couple look back at the album in 10 years time these photos will make them smile and really bring back the memories of the day. Enjoy the photos.[showtime]

Delivering a wonderful memory of the day is the highlight of my job and there is no better way of doing this than with a stunning Graphi album complete with metallic pages and cover. The Grosvenor Pulford has used a few of Liam and Holly’s images in their most recent wedding brochure and it is easy to see why. Holly and Liam had a wonderful day and it was a complete pleasure to work with them. If you enjoy the photos just half as much as I enjoyed taking them I’ll be one happy photographer

With Valentine’s day approaching  I’ve decided to add some boudoir photography. An album of images is a wonderful gift to be treasured and totally unique. We can supply photos on disk in an album or as individual photos and I am running some very special prices And you do not have to do it alone – photos are more fun with friends. Storybook albums really do have the wow factor and are a stunning option. When the album has been designed the couple have the opportunity to amend or edit pages and what i am posting now are the couples proofs. I wonder which versions they will choose?

Chris and Kate had a cosy wedding day indoors at the lovely Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. Chris and Kate live in Manchester but Kate is was originally from Shropshire to the Grosvenor was chosen as a wedding venue as it was in the middle. This had many advantages for the couple not least that the wedding lasted a few days with guest staying over for a few nights

All of the photos where taken indoors as the December weather closed in however choosing the Grosvenor Pulford meant that Kate and Chris had loads of photographic opportunities.

Sue and Dan are just weeks away from their biggest day as they are getting married at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel just a few days after Christmas. Dan, Sue and Max the dog made for a lovely sitting and the images will be made up into a ‘guest’ picture for all the kind wishes people want to leave on their wedding day. I’ll post the final image as soon as Dan and Sue have chosen the images. Special mention must be made to Max the dog – he was a rescue dog adopted at 6 months of age who was only given a few years to live and now is the ripe old age of 10 and must be the calmest dog i’ve ever had in the studio!
