Hensol Castle with Leah and Bradley on their Special Day

Leah and Bradley, what an amazing couple to work with. And Hensol Castle. Wow what a venue, simply magnificent. As a wedding photographer I was spoilt rotten in Cardiff working with such a beautiful couple in one of the finest venues in the UK. Here is some of the background from this unique wedding venue lifted off of their web site.

Built more than 400 years ago, Hensol Castle was previously a stately home, NHS conference centre, and more recently, used for filming BBC television dramas Sherlock and Doctor Who.

Situated within the grounds of the Vale Resort, the 17th-century castle has original architecture, turrets, gothic towers and feature staircases, and is currently undergoing a restoration which is being completed in close association with the Vale of Glamorgan Council and CADW, the Welsh Government’s body responsible for preserving Welsh heritage.

And below is a beautiful wedding slideshow of this magnificent Welsh venue showing a bit of history from Leah and Bradley’s spcial day. I’ll blog the wedding very soon but for now enjoy a little bit of lovelyness with Leah and Bradley.
