The sun was shining and we had the beautiful Church of St Mary’s in Eccleston just outside Chester as the start point for Louise and James totally fabulous wedding. The reception was just down the road at Cheshire’s finest venue the magnificent Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa. And to round the day of perfectly the weather was perfect.

How this for an interior – amazing architecture. St Mary’s does not allow any photography in the Church once the service has started.
Confetti! I think it is generally a bit of a shock how aggressive this is to the bride and groom!!
I was not allowed any photos during the service but the Vicar is agreeable to going back into the Church after the service. I think it is worth it!

A shot like this looks so straight forward but is amazingly hard to light, with a blinding sun in the background it is not easy getting detail in the sky and dress at the same time.

The speeches are a highlight of the day – they bring back many a memory and often is a time of reflection.
I think this is one of my favorites of Louise. Beautiful. The Oriental Gardens are really stunning now.
After the wedding breakfast we headed into the Oriental Gardens to catch the sun once again. Stunning Gardens.
