I had a magical day photographing the wedding of Vanessa and Stephen back in October. Vanessa looked like a model on her big day and Stephen was the perfect Groom.
I’ll start the blog as normal with some of my favourite images then go into chronograph order of the day. And what a day to be part of. Wedding photography is a rather fine way of making a living.
I love this one, a beautiful couple against a magical sky with the waterfall in the foreground. The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa is a bit special
Evening is a perfect time for photographs and this one is beautiful. The perfect reflection and a stunning couple against the setting sun.
Vanessa, a most beautiful bride. This image is using the colour sepia effect that is very popular with my couples.
A little black and white compilation.
The little bridge in the Oriental Garden must be one of the best spots in Cheshire for your wedding photographs! Particularly when the light is this good. One thing maybe isn’t so obvious, it is me who lights the couple and created the atmospher in the photographs, 90% of the work is done in camera. The correct settings for the moody sky, the balance of additional light to see the couple. Photographs like this have a lot more going on in the scene than you would think.
And a wider shot showing all the mood in the sky. A lovely and a lucky evening.
Rather dramatic wedding photography! Beautiful couple.
Stunning , sweeping gardens of the Grosvenor Pulford make a beautiful backdrop.
Ha one without using the water!! They still look amazing.
The gardens at the Grosvenor Pulford are an amazing spot but the are also numerous opportunities for photographs indoors. And the mirror is a classic!
What a magnificent frontage. The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa. Cheshire’s finest wedding venue?
Back to chronograph order now and where better to start than the little details.
