Carden Park is probably the closes wedding venue to my house, and it is a tryly wonderful venue and championship gold course. Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing a brilliant couple, Paul and Charlotte in this most upmarket of Cheshire venues and thought I would share a few on the 18th tee. Fittingly these where done at the end of the evening.
I’ll start with this one against a brilliant blue Cheshire Sky just before the sun sets behind the Welsh Hills. I love this one, Charlotte a Paul look amazing together on their wedding day and and the sun is adding a little touch of drama against a deep blue sky. They could be anywhere in the world but I doube they would find many places finer than the 18th hole on the Championship Course at Carden Park.
This is the same photograph but with a colour sepia finish I use quite a bit, I think the Sepia adds a certain drama but doesn’t suite all images and is a bit marmite. I really love it on this wedding photograph.
This is very similar to the view from near my house looking over the Cheshire Plains towards the Welsh Hills on the horizon. I live down there somewhere to the right!! Enough about me how brilliant do Charlotte and Paul look? The 18th tee is in a rather fine setting made all the better with a couple so in love.
Scots pine adds a bit of drama to the background, Paul and Charlotte a lot of love to the foreground!
One of my favourites, it was a beautiful day for a wedding at Carden Park apart from the wind – it was near gale force and to say the wedding dress was hard to keep in place is an understatement, but this image Charlotte is positioned with the wind blowing her dress and I think the flow of it against the Scots Pine adds a bit of drama.
I had a ball photographing Paul and Charlotte’s wonderful Cheshire wedding at Carden Park and have so many amazing images to share on the blog. Unfortunaly I’m about six months behind on the blog….
Enjoy the photography, I certainly had a brilliant time taking the wedding photographs and please feel free to share or add comments. The could would love them.
