Back in November I had the pleasure of photographing the amazing couple, Sarah and Neil on their big day at Cheshire’s finest venue The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa. I love this venue it is just such a complete wedding venue which never rests on it’s laurels.
Last photography from the day first! The Grosvenor Pulford under a late Autumnal Sky
Sarah’s stunning wedding dress and shoes hanging up ready for a beautiful big day at the Grosvenor Pulford.
How beautiful is Sarah? She looks amazing and I think the black and white finish really does compliment this wedding image.
Stunning flowers, Roses are a classic choice for a wedding and it is easy to see why. Beautiful and a finishing touch to a beautiful wedding.
All the girls ready to support Sarah on her big day. They proved to be a brilliant help all day long and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Gary and his boys in the stunning gardens of the Grosvenor Pulford on a bright and sunny Autumnal day.
Gary is in a room full of people but I imagine he feels all alone waiting for his beautiful bride to walk down the aisle. For Gary the few minutes before Sarah arrives must seem like hours!
The time just before the bride walks to the wedding service is a very emotional time but Sarah seems very relaxed surrounded by her girls and parents.
Sarah making her way to the aisle. Such a wonderful bride.
A lovely series of wedding photos in the Grosvenor Pulford with Sarah walking up the aisle and Gary get the first glimpse of his beautiful wife.
The exchange of the wedding rings. A tradition that dates back to prehistory but is as important today as it ever has been. I find the rings probably the most emotional part of the day.
The first kiss. Sarah and Gary can relax they are now together for ever.
After the service we made our way to the stunning English Garden at the Grosvenor Pulford. The Autumn light was amazing and the gardens look beautiful. The Grosvenor Pulford have done a wonderful job.
The bridge in the Garden at the Grosvenor Pulford is such a brilliant place for wedding photography. I love the golden trees and the perfect reflection. This would make a brilliant canvass for the wall.
Which is your favourite? Colour or Black and White? Sarah looks amazing in both.
The gardens make my life so much easier for producing wonderful wedding images. This shot is much more complex than it looks shooting into the sun. I had a lot of help from guest which really speeds up the shooting of images like this.
The same image as the previous one more or less but a different camera angle and a colour sepia finish. I love both I am glad it not me choosing them!
The entourage! I love the autumnal colours.
The low Autumnal sun really makes this set of images.
Autumnal really is a wonderful season, probably the most picturesque season and with the leaves on the floor and the low golden light across the landscape it is stunning.
The Grosvenor Pulford has not one but two amazing gardens, this is Sarah in the Oriental Garden. She looks amazing.
I love this shot in the gardens of Sarah and Gary. They must like it also as they have chosen it as the cover of their album.
A deep blue sky above a wonderful couple by a picture post card perfect lake.
I love the sky in this shot and the picture is dissected in thirds. I love it.
The Oriental Gardens centerpiece is probably the waterfall and framed against a perfect blue sky it is easy to see why.
Sarah is amazing in this image, she is a model bride. Perfect.
Big Sky wedding photography!!
After the Oriental Garden we moved to the interior of the Grosvenor Pulford and went to the mirror for some classic photographs. Sarah has an amazing wedding dress and the mirror is a beautiful place to show it off.
Sarah and Gary. It was a pleasure photographing and working with such an amazing couple.
A lovely sequence of images of Gary and Sarah.
Sarah my model bride. The detail in the dress is amazing.
Some of the little details of Sarah and Gary’s wonderful wedding.
